ATTRACT PHASE 2

SNIFFIRDRONE

WHAT IS SNIFFIRDRONE ABOUT?

We present a drone-based pollution and odour monitoring system for wastewater treatment plants. We will focus on the advances to bringing our current system SNIFFDRONE, to a more technologically mature status within the framework of the SNIFFIRDRONE project.

Objectives of the new challenge

1

Development of a high-performance multi-gas NDIR sensing unit, enabling faster measurement of relevant chemicals.

2

Conduct a demonstration of the new multi-gas unit in a relevant environment, achieving Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7

3

Perform 3D mapping of chemical gas emissions and estimated odor emissions in environments such as wastewater treatment plants and composting plants.

4

Ensure the full prototype reaches Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7
